During my recent stay, I was really impressed by how close the hotel was to Muzeiko, making it a short stroll of less than a kilometer, and the nearby South Park was perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the green space. Air-con troubles, awesome staff
Had a rough night with the air-con down during a heatwave, but the friendly staff really made a difference. Our receptionist was running around helping everyone, which was a relief. The bar area was nice for chill vibes. Just wish the hotel would consider guest comfort when hosting big events like weddings!

I encountered multiple issues during my stay. First, my check-in was problematic, and it took a frustrating amount of time to clarify my reservation.
